ZikBooks retains account and business data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform.
You may request deletion of your account or business data by contacting support at care@zikbooks.in. We may need to verify your identity and ownership before processing the request.
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, subject to technical limitations, backup retention, legal requirements, fraud prevention, payment records and dispute resolution needs.
You may revoke Google access from your Google Account settings. Payment records handled by Razorpay or banking networks may be retained by those providers according to their policies and applicable law.
